Day 1: Marrakech → Imlil → Toubkal Base Camp (3207 m)

Your two-day adventure in Toubkal begins with an early morning transfer from Marrakech to the village of Imlil (1740 meters) – about an hour and a half drive through the stunning landscape of the Atlas Mountains.

In Imlil, you will meet your certified Berber guide and mule driver, enjoy a traditional welcome tea, and begin your journey.

Wake up early for the most exciting part – reaching the top!

Before sunrise, your guide will leave the shelter and lead you along the southern circus path to the summit of Mount Toubkal. The climb is challenging, but rewarding. Upon reaching the top, you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views of the Marrakech plain, the High Atlas Mountains, and, on clear days, the Sahara Desert.

After celebrating your arrival at the summit, descend back to the shelter for lunch, then continue down to Imlil to return to Marrakech.
